Lekhoni: Learn Bangla Writing (package
com.zoyatvkids.bangla) is published by
Zoya TV Kids. This page is how a parent asks us to
delete the Lekhoni account created with Google sign-in, and the data
stored with that account. It does not delete the Google account
itself.
You can use the steps below without signing in on this page. Free tracing does not need an account.
Request deletion in the app
- Open Lekhoni and go to the Parent Area.
- Choose অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা (Account management).
- Choose অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন (Delete account).
- Pass the parent check, read the confirmation, and send the request.
- Confirm with the same Google account when asked.
When that request succeeds, the Firebase login, the stored parent profile, and Premium access are deleted as part of the same request. The account is not left as a hidden profile. If the request fails, the account stays signed in and you can try again.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email zoyatvkids@gmail.com from the Google address you used in the Parent Area. Include the app name, Lekhoni, and ask us to delete the parent account. You do not need to send a password.
Emailed requests are not deleted the moment the message is sent. We complete them within 30 days and reply when the account has been deleted.
What is deleted
- The Firebase sign-in for that parent account
- The name, email address, and profile photo stored for that account
- The Premium entitlement tied to that account, including a free launch-offer Premium and a paid unlock stored for that account
A deleted free Premium grant is not turned back on if you sign in again. A new sign-in is a new Firebase account. It can receive free Premium only if the current launch offer still has a place and the server accepts the claim. We do not reserve or return the old place.
What stays
- Child profiles, tracing images, and learning progress stay on the phone. The app does not upload them, and deleting the parent account does not erase them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes that local data.
- The count of free Premium places already given out stays, without your name or email, so the 300-place limit remains accurate. That record does not restore Premium.
- If you bought the lesson unlock, Google Play may keep its own purchase record on your Google account. We delete the Premium record we stored for the Lekhoni account. Signing in again does not restore a deleted free Premium grant.
