Lekhoni Privacy policy Delete account

Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy describes the Android app Lekhoni (package com.zoyatvkids.bangla), published by Zoya TV Kids. Lekhoni helps children practice writing Bangla letters and numbers. It is meant for families.

Learning data stays on the phone

Child profiles and practice stay on the device unless you copy them with a phone backup. We do not upload them to our servers. That includes:

A child does not need a Google account. Tracing practice works offline.

Parent Google sign-in

Sign-in is optional and is only for the Parent Area. If a parent signs in with Google, Lekhoni receives the name, email address, and profile photo that Google shares, and stores them in Firebase with the Firebase user ID. We use that record to recognize the parent on this device and on later visits.

We do not use the parent’s email as the account ID. Signing in does not upload child names or learning progress, and it does not by itself grant paid access.

The parent can sign out in the app. Sign-out removes the session from the phone. It does not delete the parent record or Premium access. Account deletion, from the Parent Area or the account deletion page, deletes the Firebase login and the stored name, email, and profile photo, and removes Premium access. It does not delete child profiles, tracing images, or learning progress stored on the phone. A count of free Premium grants is kept so the campaign limit stays accurate. That count does not include the parent’s name or email, and signing in again does not restore a deleted free Premium grant.

Other internet use

Children

Parents add and manage child profiles. Those profiles are stored on the phone so siblings do not overwrite one another. Lekhoni does not ask children to create a Google account.
